Reason: Because this sentence has already had the subject and verb.

Exercise C :
No.3 : (C. Tundra Plants are found)    grow close to the ground in the short Arctic summer.
Reason : From question no.3 Ichoose C for the best answer, which is sound, "Tundra Plants are found" because of this sentence will be more make sense if it takes the C answer, and the sentence will be, "Tundra plants are found grow close to the ground in the short Artic Summer"

1. why don't I choose the A answer? Because it will makes the sentence become unclear.
2. why don't I choose the B answer? Because it will makes the sentence become clear, but not like the C answer
3. why don't I choose the D answer?Because the sentence will be comletely wrong if it's added with "for tundra plants"
